Dr. Wolf is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who, prior to establishing RMA of Michigan, established the Reproductive Technology (ART) Program at the Medical College of Ohio, which grew to become one of the region's most successful programs. In Northwest Ohio, Dr. Wolf developed the first Anonymous Donor Egg Recipiency program.

Dr. Wolf completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Michigan, where she studied advanced sperm processing and ART techniques. She completed her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she researched endometrial surface protein expressions in fertile women in Dr. Bruce Lessey's lab.
Dr. Wolf has written several research papers and book chapters. Insulin tolerance, polycystic ovarian syndrome, protein receptors on the endometrium, and the impact of age on female fertility are among her scientific and medical specialties. Dr. Wolf has served on a number of national committees.
